My iWatch Series 4 got turned upside down, I don't know how to get it back to right side up?

Then play with the "Wrist" "Left" or "Right"
and "Digital Crown" "Left" or "Right"

Go to your iPhone Watch App...Click on General....scrol down to "Watch Orientation".....change to the wrist you use to wear your watch.
