My iPhone has no carrier service. It’s new

I bought my cellphone in an apple store, I was in Brazil used 2 different local carriers and they work well. I came to Germany and tested o2 and Vodafone, 2 different carriers and both of them has no service. It’s been 3 days already.

already call my Brazilian carrier and the iPhone is not blocked by the carrier.

already did all the steps of the apple support.

tried to look after a carrier settings update, turned it off, remove and put the SIM card again, restart the fine, reseted the iPhone, everything...
