A friend sent me photos via iCloud. When I click the link, it says “Waiting for 48 items”. This same message has appeared for over 24 hours, I have tried all the troubleshooting tips suggested and still nothing. Help please!

i had this problem too and i fixed it by sending the link again but making sure my battery saver mode wasn't on and keeping it off until their end had downloaded the photos, if you haven't tried this
If this is a shared album, have you checked with your friend to make sure the problem isn't at their end?
