Photo is mixing up information about my pictures

I created an album and dropped in two photos, Photo A and Photo B.

I entered a title, date and location for Photo A.

I entered a title, date and location for Photo B.

Suddenly, the information is mixed or missing. Photo A has Photo B's title and/or date, and the location for Photo B is gone. Re-entering the information doesn't seem to fix it. I've had to delete the pictures and try again.

What is going on? I certainly don't want to add any more photos to this album until I have a solution,

Select some thumbnails and rotate 90˚ right and then back 90˚. See if that will rebuild the thumbnails so they correctly represent the full sized image.
