Follow ALL the steps provided in this support guide:--> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you get no help, contact your carrier and explain your problem.

If the carrier doesn't help you, have your iphone inspected at an Apple Store or AASP: Apple – Location Selector
