How can I reset my Ipads factory setting when he keeps asking for a 4 digit code that I cant remember?

By erasing it using your home computer with iTunes. Follow the directions in this link exactly: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
