I went to version and they switched SIM cards. But it’s been telling me the same thing for hours now on my new iPhone. Need help what do I do?

I went to Verizon they switched my SIM card. The guy that’s waited my SIM card told me it is was easy and to do it at home. Thank you for nothing dude But now iv waited tied hours and still haven’t gotten anywhere.

It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better.

You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you.
