My iPhone 8 was acting weird so I powered it off and when I turned it back on the screen said to go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore.

My iPhone 8 was acting weird so I powered it off and when I turned it back on the screen said to go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. So I did that and it told me to update it through iTunes on my computer. that failed and told me it had to be restored, so I restored it and it went through all of the steps before restarting and ending up back at the original screen telling me to go to that URL.
