The iCloud.com website is not designed to be viewed by using Safari on an iPhone.

If you have iCloud Photos turned on, the photos on the device are the same as on iCloud, with the possible exception that some of them may be space-saving optimized versions if you have that option turned on. You view them in the Photos app on an iOS device. You can also use a computer and login to icloud.com and go to the Photos app there. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204264

If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but do have an iCloud backup, you can restore the entire phone (not just the photos) from iCloud but you cannot otherwise view the contents of the backup. https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521

When you have turned on iCloud photo library in an Iphone as per this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

  • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on iCloud Photos.

You to have to use a web browser , and sign in with same Apple ID and password used in an iPhone at www.icloud.com if you click on find iPhone icon rest of the icons will vanish on display .

Again click on drop down arrow of find my iPhone

The default display will be shown , click on photos see this link https://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm8b32f3ae27
