i need to change contry snd need to remove my store cradit.

I have 6cents on my iTunes credit. And I want to change country and regional. I need to remove my store credit now. Thank you!

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you will be changing to ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
