Problem on face time

Wrong in face time

l can’t putting my phone number in “ iMessages & face time “ and I don’t know what a problem !

I follow the solutions in apple web site

all of it can’t work with this problem

what’s a wrong ?

After adding your phone number to the link below, wait for a while to allow time for the change to sync. Then sign out of Messages/FaceTime and then back in.
