Bottom of 2019 MacBook Pro Flexes and has a slight high pitched noise when pressed

Almost exactly as the title states, the bottom of my MacBook Pro flexes when I pick it up from the right hand side it also makes a very faint metallic 'blip' sound. This has happened since owning the device and I thought it was normal. However I'm slightly concerned that one day I might pick up my MacBook and the flex will press into hardware causing damage. The sound is most pronounced in the middle of the bottom shell when picking it up. Nothing bad has happened so far but it is a bit concerning.
