When the model is bought within a month why i cannot trade in or exchange in india
i live in UK and we have that facility here . I bought two sets
One for myself from UK and other from India
Can i trade in in UK
If you are in the U.K. and you purchased the phone in the U.K., you can check with the store there to see what their return policy is. If they won’t exchange it, you are still going to have to sell it on your own.
Try to sell it your own, then buy your preferred model.
Apple Trade-in is not available for those models.

Apple does not take an XR for trade in. You will need to sell that one and then purchase the XS.
If XR is not been taken in trade in can i return and pay the left amount for Iphone xs
