lost/stolen phone
lost/some one stole my phone and its now in lost mode but what do I do next to get a new phone?

You go to the store and buy a new phone.
If you purchased AppleCare+ with theft and loss protection (as opposed to 'regular' Apple Care Plus) you can file a claim and pay the deductible.
You might want to check with your renters or homeowners insurance company and see if a portion of the cost of a new phone might be covered.
