You don't. Text messages are not saved on any server. They are only on your phone. If you have iCloud sync for messages enabled when you delete a message from your phone it is also deleted from iCloud. The only possibility is if you do not have iCloud sync enabled for messages. In this one case a backup that contains the deleted texts can be restored to your phone. But that will overwrite everything on your phone, not just the missing texts.
