Apple card not showing up in wallet

My 7 plus was recently repaired and ultimately replaced at Apple Store. No the Wallet app doesn't show the Apple Card. It will not add it manually either.

Your Apple Card is associated with your Apple ID. Are you signed in using your Apple ID at Settings > iTunes & App Stores? Have you got two-factor authentication set up? Have you set up your iPhone passcode?

If it doesn’t show up, tell us:

Your iOS version number
Your iPhone’s model number (Settings > General > About > Model Number
Your current country. Has there been some change in your country since you originally purchased your iPhone 7 Plus?
