Got a call claiming to be Apple support. Weird phone number. 2 extra numbers. Says to call a 315 Toll free number. Assuming 315 can't be toll free.
Same general time had credit card refused but unrelated, I think. I gave them no info
You are correct. The callers are actually criminals trying to steal your personal and financial information. Hang up on them.
