Iphone X blocked

Hi, My iphone x screen is locked, have done many timnes the hard reset by pressing the up and the down button and then the lateral until the apple logo comes up but that does not solve the problem. Please help

If you have forgotten the passcode, you are going to have to restore the device. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Then the iPhone is not blocked. The screen is defective, and as Allan has stated, get it fixed.

Hi Chris

Thank you for the reply. I haven't forgotten the password, the screen is defective and lost the tactile, it does not allows me to swipe up so I can unlock the phone, Tried going into Siri and putting the password manually but some numbers work and some others so I can't unlock either using that way.
