Unable to view Netflix movie through HDMI but have sound

First, you can try to restart your iPad, here’s a tutorial video:

Second, you can try uninstalling Netflix app and installing it back after you restart your iPad.


Third, if still no image only sound, I will suggest you contact Netflix because maybe no image issue lies with Netflix and not your iPad.
