Can I still use finger print to make iPhone works again after it says " disabled and connect to iTunes" ? I don't want to lose data.

No, and at this point, without an iCloud or iTunes backup, you are going to lose data. Your only solution now is to restore as new in iTunes, erasing the device and the old passcode. There is no other means to gain access to a disabled device.
