I can't find app, it shows "this app is currently not available in your country or region"

i can't find app with the name BOOM (with red icon (from UMA, LLC)).

it shows "this app is currently not available in your country or region", but i have the same settings in other iphone 8 plus, I can find this app in this model.

I've update the latest iOS version.

what must I do?

Check if both of your iPhones are set to the same regions under Settings > General > Language & Region.

Also check if the regions of Apple IDs match.
