Hi There,
Please help me to update my Ipad 3( A1430) from software version 9.3.6 to 10.0.1 or higher so i can install application on this. Most of the applications need software version higher than 10.X.
My Ipad says your software is up to date 9.3.6
Any pointers will be appreciated.

You can't, that's a third gen iPad, it only supports up to iOS 9.3.6
Try one of my procedures in the link below to attempt to get older versions of apps.
Older versions of apps may still exist in the iOS App Store, despite the fact the apps may have moved on to an higher minimum iOS version, now.
If you need older versions of apps that have moved on to iOS 10 and later, tap on my link below and choose the method that best works with your current situation.

In addition, I would STOP using that nearly 3-year old Safari Web browser, as it is, probably, not safe and secure to use any
longer, and seek out a third party web browser that is STILL currently being updated and STILL being supported on iOS 10.3.3 and earlier.
