Hi Good Morning, I would like to renew my monthly iCloud storage however I need to change my address and payment method. I no longer live in the US and I am not getting the option to choose another country. Is it still possible to renew?
If you no longer live in the US you cannot use the US store, including iCloud storage. Downgrade your iCloud storage to the free 5 gig (Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support), cancel any other subscription that you have, change country (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support), and re-upgrade your iCloud storage.
