Navigating to pop-up without a mouse

(By way of background I have been helping a local blind child learn coding. He's switching schools from a Windows based school to a Mac based school so I am trying to familiarise myself with VoiceOver on the Mac.)

When using VoiceOver and Xcode to write Swift into a new Swift Playground a pop-up window appeared requesting my password.

How might I navigate to the pop-up without using a mouse?

I tried the arrow keys, tab, with and without ⌘, and ⌘ `, all to no avail.

Use voice control to close apps on iMac I'm using Catalina 10.15.2. I can use Voice Control to open apps, but I'm trying to close the same app by configuring Voice Control: "While Using" app, "Perform", "Keyboard Shortcut" "Press Command Q". I've tried this on mail.app and bbedit. Neither one works. I can't figure out how to use other methods to close an app. Thanks for any help you can offer!

how do I use multiple magic keyboards for different devices? I have 2 magic keyboards for 2 devices. when my son types in one room, it populates in my log in window in the next room. How do I stop this? thank your suggestions!
