My question is regarding billing. I called the phone number and as always with Apple, there is never a human being to speak to regarding an issue. I am now being charged for 3 times for Apple storage. Also, this is on two different credit cards. How can I get this checked

I normally have 2 charges each month of 99 cemts. However this monthe, I have an extra charge of 1.07. What is this and how did i get it charged? Also they are on two different credit cards!
