you can not bypass or remove it if obtaining the password is not possibe
. If you are the original owner of the device you can bring the receipt to the attention of Apple and they may be able to assist. If you don't have that Apple, nor anyone else can not assist you.

I recover my appleiphone 6s plus with out signing out of the icloud account. I can't activate it after restore because i forget my icloud account password. anyone who can help me with this on how to bypass or remove the icloud password
