How far back can I get my recent call history?

There are no settings. The call log holds the last 100 calls.

If you need to go back further, check the detailed call log/billing statement from your cellular carrier.

Call history is limited to 100 calls, and there's no setting to modify that value.

You can contact your carrier and ask them if they have less recent calls details on their servers.
