Such messages are scams. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

I clicked on the top left x that’s part of the safari application, cleaned history within safari & cleaned website data & history within settings too. Is that good?
That should clear what was there from that page, but you need to avoid sites like that.
