speakers are putting out a really low volume

iPhone 7+. When setting up this phone I upgraded the iOS. Now all of the speakers are putting out a really low volume. This pone is barely usable. I have to have it on speaker and put it to my ear to hear anything. How can I remedy this?

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone ...
