Tool Fear Inoculum wont download!!

So I purchased tools album fear inoculum and only 1 song has downloaded. The rest of the album JUST WONT DOWNLOAD!!!??? It always says error 2146893032 and another one comes up when I click resume download 0x80090318. And now I am getting beyond furious! I've deleted the album,clicked into available downloads. And yet still the same thing keeps happening. I'm just going round in circles. What annoys me is my money has been taken. Please apple fix my problem for me or just refund me my money.
