MacBook Air 13 inch 2016 model

If your MacBook is fully charged but won't turn on no matter what what keys you press, should I try to unscrew the back of the MacBook where the battery is to see if that turn it on?

Unless you're experienced servicing these machines, I don't recommend it, no.
