Storage subscription

My credit card has been empty for a couple of months now and I had thought I had cancelled my subscription for storage but I was deposited money that does not belong to me on my account and it has taken out the $2.99 I use to pay. I need those $2.99 returned, it was barely paid today money so I have to used any gb from it

As far as I know, you don’t get a refund. This is what the support article says.

When you downgrade your iCloud storage plan, the storage decrease takes effect after your current monthly or annual subscription ends.*

If you want to attempt to get a refund, contact Apple.

You have to downgrade the storage subscription on your own. This explains how to do it.
