upgrading pages to 8.1
I can't seem to upgrade Pages to 8.1. I now have version 4.3. My OS is 10.13.6.

There have been no updates to Pages '09 v4.3 since 12/2012. For Pages v8.1, you sign into the Mac App Store and search for Pages. Click the button to download it. The two applications are entirely different in their visual and functional deliverables.
