Purchased music on I Tunes

This happens often due to no other reason than losing the internet connection: The transaction fully goes trough; yet, the items never fully download. Perhaps that is the case here.

So, visit the iTunes Store on your and see if you can re-download these.

For a non-retrievable purchase, you need to take that up with Apple.

I once had this happening to me until I looked in purchased music / albums. There it was. It seems I had not added the purchase to the library.
