I have been getting the additional 50 GB a month for .99 cents a month. I am being told my storage is full again so I am purchasing the additional $2.99 a month so do I will I still be charged the previous .99 cents a month also? Thank you

No, you are only charged for the storage level chosen. It's not cumulative.
