My WiFi bar is grayed out
How do I fix this? I’ve reset my network settings, as well as all settings, and even reset it back to the manufacture settings and it still won’t turn on.

Check Restrictions, and if there are none, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store. That switch being grayed out is generally a hardware error.
