I see that your iPhone hasn't moved past setting up your Apple ID, and I'm glad to help.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Restart your iPhone. Once it's returned to the Home screen, see if your Apple ID has been set up. If not, sign in again to complete the process.
Force restart iPhone -- Only if you're unable to restart your iPhone, force restart it and make sure your Apple ID is set up.
