Paying on a deleted subscription

I ended a TrueFire monthly subscription October 2018 because I switched to a yearly subscription. I asked about cancelling my monthly payment and was told it was deleted so no worries. Now I see it still in my subscription list and an email requesting I renew. Have I been paying the monthly all year even though TrueFire deleted the account?
