Apple Double Billed me on a Disputed Transaction

I disputed a transaction with my bank, bank notified Apple Pay, but instead of crediting me, Apple billed me again! Anyone else have this happen?

Open Wallet>tap on the card>tap on the transaction>look for a report an issue link
