Apple Music private playlists

Hi,

I was wondering how to make my playlists on Apple Music only available to those who follow me. My account is private but under ‘edit profile’ it has an option to tick my playlists and it says they will be on my profile and in search results, and this is the same for ‘listening to’. If my profile is private, will my playlists still show up on search results (or on my profile by someone who doesn’t follow me) if I tick these?
