Apple Cash transfer

I want to instant transfer my Apple Cash to my bank acct. When I try it keeps telling me to add a card. When I try it says the card is already in my wallet, which it is. It not giving me any other options. What’s wrong? My iOS is up to date. I’ve deleted and readded the card and verified my identity. Still nothing. Please help
