Refund for a subscription

Hi all. I made an accidental purchase on the app store which meant £37.99 was taken out my account for a years subscription. I've followed through the process of reporting a problem then going to request a refund. I mentioned it was accidental and I do not want it and similar sort of things but everytime I click submit it says this does not fit the conditions for a refund. It has worked before when I said it was accidental so don't know why it has not worked this time. Can someone tell me what I can write in the box to actually get the refund? Thanks.

You can try asking here:

iTunes [Store] Support - Use this form for assistance with account and billing, code redemption, or purchase questions --> https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Note, "From time to time, Apple may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim." http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html

You say you have asked for refunds before. Apple will grant refunds but doing so is an exception and perhaps they may refuse if you ask too frequently?
