Safari / LastPass Extension

Hello,

Upon Entering the LastPass extension for Safari I receive and notification Apple requires a Update from LastPass.

I choose the Update, Install and the LastPass extension now has a diagonal strikethrough. The app still works but I get the annoyance every time I open the App.

Trying to identify if this is an issue w/ Safari or LastPass.

I use Keychain for many sites but LastPass for banking or financial institutions as I have read Keychain is not optimal.

I assume this is user preference and would love to hear thoughts on this.
