Do you mean an email address alias?


iCloud: Use email aliases in iCloud Mailhttps://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622?locale=en_US


If you mean an account in general, you get one account per Apple ID. Realize it is not easy to use two Apple IDs except in isolation from each other.
