If you don’t have things linked and syncing from an account like, your Apple ID, iCloud, email, calendar, notes at this point you can’t. The good news is people generally have things sync to their accounts and they did even k ow it.

You will need to connect the device o iTunes and restore

Most of the times I’ve seen people get stuff back.

My suggestion, get your device working and then try and get signed into all your accounts.

You might just be surprised
