in manage payments I click on my card and nothing happens

Under manage payments, I see my credit card but I can't do anything. Edit is grey so I cant click on it and when I click on the card nothing happens.

Are you the organizer of Family Sharing or do you have a subscription?

Can you add another card and then see if you can remove the original card?
