I have two charges that show as iTunes in my account. Please help me understand what these are for?

I have two charges that show as iTunes in my account, one for 6.99 and one for 9.99. Please help me understand what these are for? I should only be charged one time/month.

Paypal is not iTunes. So you have only one iTunes charge.
