I am trying to cancel you tube premium and it does not give me the option to cancel just to resubscribe
I have tried to cancel through You Tube and Itunes. On Itunes, I can see the subscription and expiration date of 9/28/19 but there is no option to cancel the membership. It just gives the option to resubscribe. This is very frustrating, as you can imagine.

That's because it's either not a recurring subscription or you have already cancelled the subscription. It will not automatically renew when it ends.
No. It expires on 9/28. You already cancelled it.
If you doubt that, call iTunes Store support directly.
You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you.
It is an iphone 8 Plus and the IOS is 12.4.1
It is a renewing membership. It renews on September 28. Unfortunately, I have not cancelled it, that is what I am trying to do. Thank you, anyway!
