I can't restart the watch, I can't get it to do anything. All it shows is the Apple icon when it's on the charger. It won't do anything when I remove it from the charger

Thanks, I tried all of that.
I think it is beyond all the YouTube videos and Apple support I have looked up and send it in for repair.
Apple watch just shows the apple icon, don't know if it is charging.
