good afternoon

There are several matters to look at for this to get resolved

I would go through this list and do a check list. Let’s see so you have done these steps...

  1. Make absolutely sure you have the correct password.
  2. Reboot your router by remove all power for 15-30 seconds. ... ✓✘
  3. Forget the network, then try to reconnect.✓✘
  4. Go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset Network Settings.✔︎✘
  5. Make sure you are joining the correct wi-fi network, sometimes they have similar names as nearby wi-fi access points.
  6. The wi-fi password are case sensitive and the wi-fi password must be an exact match.
  7. Wait a moment or two, then re-join the same wi-fi network again and enter the correct password

I hope these will fix this problem.
